How do I request a made-to-measure service?
Once you choose a garment and discover you do not fit into the standard sizing, we offer a made-to-measure service free of charge. When you place your order, use the contact form to let us know your measurements. We will then proceed to create the item according to your individual measures.
How to shop online on this website?
You could shop either through your profile on this website or as a guest – then no registration is required.
If you have already made your choice and decided to shop from our online store, you could go to the page of your chosen product and select the size (and/or its colour, if applicable). Then set your desired quantity. The next step is to select the "Buy" button. All your selected items are collected in the "Shopping Bag" where you can edit the items and the quantities you have requested. Once you have decided on your items and quantities, you need to fill in your delivery details and select the payment method.
What are the delivery terms and charges?
The items you ordered will be delivered by a courier to the address that you have specified. The delivery will be made within 14 working days. The cost of the delivery is £7.18 for the territory of UK. For orders above £150.00 the delivery is free of charge. You can find more information in the section Delivery.
How to return the product for replacement?
In order to return your item for replacement it is a prerequisite that it should be in excellent condition. There should be no signs of wear and no damage inflicted upon opening the original packaging. The item must comply with the condition in which it has been received by the customer. To replace your item it should be accompanied by a guarantee coupon. The customer pays the courier costs in both directions. Please inform us before the shipment of your item.
